earthy Lemon Grass Drop ($11), Hangar One Buddha’s Hand Citron
Vodka, fresh lemon, and lemon-grass-infused simple syrup. This
cocktail is a trip to a candy shop in Thailand, utterly drinkable and
perfect for enjoying on its own or as a complement to a sumptuous
meal. Originally a seasonal springtime cocktail, this proved so
popular that it’s sticking around through the wintry weather,
and we like it that way.
