Ernest Hemingway’s
favorite gets a South Asian twist, thanks to the gorgeous tones of Old
Monk Rum, a blended rum from India. Drinking an Old Monk Daiquiri
($10) is like pouring melted vanilla toffee directly down your throat, and
chasing it with a squeeze of lime. (Though you’d probably get a lot of
weird looks if you went that route.) It truly doesn’t get much better than this.
