Hard to believe, but the Newbury Street salon landscape just got even more crowded. Today, former Vidal Sassoon VP Peter Bradley and Vidal/James Joseph alum Dirk Diegel opened Bradley & Diegel on the second floor of 77 Newbury. The 18-station salon features laptops at color stations and Wi-Fi throughout, lest you really can't go 45 minutes without being connected to the outside world. (That wasn't me typing away on my BlackBerry during my last blow-out, I swear.) Haircuts will run you $70 to $110, but if you show up at 5 p.m. on Tuesdays for the salon's Model Call (and don't mind being a human guinea pig for a trainee/stylist training session), you'll pay a mere $20.
