When you connect with a waxing professional who’s worth your love, loyalty, and affection, you’re likely to stick around for ages. No one knows that better than Barbara Siegel, who’s been growing her customer base at Total Skin Care (270 Babcock Street, Boston, 617.783.0565) for the past 32 years (including six in her current location). Now the business is relocating to a more prominent spot nearby (1028 Comm Ave, Boston, 617.783.0565) on September 1. The new spa will have an Asian feel — very Zen, very relaxing, very feng shui — and will feature a waxing bar for quick defuzzings; in fact, as time goes on, Siegel’s focus will tend more toward waxing and less toward facials and other body treatments. There’s been some additional staff hired, and, at press time, Siegel was considering opening for business on Sundays, too. Boyfriends everywhere are smiling.
