... AT CLUB MONACO WITH URBANDADDY AND TODD ENGLISH

Sian-Pierre Regis, editor-in-chief
of Swagger
We tracked him down because we can't help but
gush over patterned vests.
He looked effortlessly chic in Levi jeans and a
J.Crew vest and shoes.
He describes his sense of style as hobo chic.
He loves the style of Tim Hamilton - "Americana
but with sort of this bohemian edge."
When getting dressed, he starts with basics and
then picks one piece that pops, with a pattern or a fun color.
He makes a beeline for Boston store Bodega
whenever he's in town. "This is a breath of fresh air."

Nicole Knobloch, general manager
of Isabelle's Curly Cakes
We chased after her because we couldn't decide if
her skirt was straight out of 2009 or 1950.
She looked adorable in a Forever
21 skirt, Chanel earrings, Nine West shoes, and a J.Crew headband.
She describes her style as whimsical. "My friends
call me the Disney princess."
Her 1950s style started with a seventh-grade
dance, where she wore a retro '50s cocktail dress.
Her most beloved item of clothing is a Burberry
military coat with fur. "I would literally sleep in it!"
The trend she can't get enough of? Headbands - "I
am so
a Blair."

Joanne Lee, graduate student studying art education
We sought her out because of her perfect
day-to-night look.
She looked ready for anything in a Banana
Republic sweater, an Express blouse, Dolce Vita shoes, and a Forever 21
necklace and skirt.
When looking for new outfits, she visits Bloomingdale's
for inspiration; she especially scopes out mannequins modeling DVF.
Her newest style obsession is green fashion. She
loves comfy organic tank tops.
Her signature item is a fabulous scarf. "It's my
thing - every pattern, every color."
She grew up with a "super-preppy" style - think
khakis, polos, and argyles.

Kahlil Olmstead, CEO of Olmstead
Contracting Services
He looked cool and comfortable in G-Star jeans,
Chuck Taylors, a Calvin Klein tie, and an Armani blazer.
He describes his style as LA chic. He couldn't
help but absorb the city's style after living there for several years.
When it comes to inspiration, he says, "Look at
the originals, like Ralph Lauren."
He grew up combing through thrift stores and
discount department stores. You can still spot him at Filene's Basement.
He says the most important parts of an outfit are the
jeans and sneakers. "After that, the rest just falls into place."
