The new Allston-set TV show Worried All the Time is billing itself as a "children's show for adults." And we see why: based on The Little Prince, a storybook beloved by kids and grown-ups alike, the show includes fanciful characters in colorful costumes (including intergalactic travelers), kitschy effects (like a talking flower), and adult-oriented educational songs (a ukulele-strummed ode to proper mustache care, for example). Tonight's 7 p.m. Worried All the Time Launch Party at The Center for Arts at the Armory (191 Highland Avenue, Somerville, 617.718.2191) should be a trip; expect a far-out screening accompanied by free food and live performances from four local bands. It's a better way to spend a Saturday than getting stoned and streaming Yo Gabba Gabba! clips (don't act like you don't know), so think of it as Sesame Street for hipsters - brought to you by the number 10 (dollars, at the door) and the letters P, B, and R.
