The sassy ladies of Fresh Fruit Productions are marking a milestone:
ten years of hysterical, sequin-covered song-and-dance drag
performances mocking absolutely everything from pilgrims to
prostitutes. Known around town for their always-honest,
equal-opportunity-offender style of skits, these girls aren’t afraid to
bust some balls. Fresh Fruit X, sponsored by Grey Goose Vodka,
is a best-of compilation of some of the group’s favorite parodies,
along with right-off-the-vine new material. All are performed in lavish
get-ups and over-the-top makeup, of course. Tickets ($25, $20 for
students) are available at www.freshfruitproductions.com; shows run on
Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and on Sundays at 2
