I know I’m not the biggest guy that entered the competition but I would argue that I am one of the healthiest. (Which is what the competition seems to be about).
I’ve put a lot of time into learning about what should and SHOULDN’T go into my body. I’m practicing a ‘raw’ diet right now and just trying to do whatever is best for my body but more importantly my health.
