Darryl Settles, Jack Bardy, Jennifer Epstein, and William KeravuoriIf you’ve followed the — ahem — buzz that’s surrounded the Beehive since the initial idea began to take root, you know that the team behind the soon-to-open South End lounge has, collectively, quite an impressive résumé. Darryl Settles runs soul-food-and-live-jazz joint Bob’s Southern Bistro, while Jack Bardy is the brains behind the Asian-inspired Pho Republique. Husband-and-wife duo Jennifer Epstein and William Keravuori round out the group; the former, an attorney, is on the board of directors at the Boston Center for the Arts, while the latter is senior VP of a real-estate-development company. Together, their aim is simple: to create an easygoing, funky hangout with eclectic cuisine and the capacity to showcase local artists and musicians. We’re so there.
