Owner and gracious host Garrett Harker, who worked with fellow player Barbara Lynch to open andrun No. 9 Park, B&G Oysters, and the Butcher Shop (as a partner in the latter two), knows the formulafor a successful spot: keeping diners engaged. Harker has assembled an enthusiastic, knowledgeableteam — including bar manager and master mixologist Jackson Cannon, and affable (and adorable) GMAndrew Holden, formerly of Clio — that has done just that. Cannon has a new cocktail menu — featuring66 of his specialties — in the works; Holden has things running smoothly; and Harker is looking for whathe calls “opportunity number two” in the coming year. We can only hope for more of the same.
