Jackson Donoyan

The Liberty Hotel was destined for lines-around-the-block success before they even broke ground. And director of operations Jackson Donoyan, who's been involved ever since pre-opening, was a major factor in creating the unique, hyper-social vibe in Clink and in brokering the deal with Veuve Clicquot to bring the Champagne's branded bar (only the third in the world) to the hotel lobby. Donoyan, who previously earned culinary stripes as executive chef in numerous five-star Rhode Island restaurants, is the kind of guy with whom we'd eagerly share a couple of cocktails or a bottle of bubbly any night of the week.
