Time was, you'd go out in the Financial District if you were looking to pick up dudes with money -- or some great stock tips. But lately, even the scenesters are being coaxed into the area. Four-storied eatery Central 37 and sexy lounge MKT recently opened on Broad and Water streets, respectively, and executive chef Rene Michelena and managing partner Tim Collins are the faces behind the venture. Michelena, most recently of Saint and Domani, turns out inspired cuisine, while Collins, a nightlife fixture and DJ named by The Boston Globe as one of the city's most stylish people, ensures that the vibe is impeccable. Now our biggest problem is deciding where to spend our time.
