Elizabeth Chambers Age: 27Occupation: corporate servicesLives in: CambridgeWhat is your 2009 New Year’s resolution? I don’t make resolutions. I just try to do things that enrich my life all the time. I don’t keep living a subpar life until January 1, and then start living. It’s a constant “What do I want to challenge myself with now, what do I want to learn now?” Life’s short; you’ve got to live it up.What was your most recent goal? Earlier in the year, I wanted to lose 50 pounds.Did you meet your goal? I’m happy to say I did. What was the best part of 2008? I got married, I lost a bunch of weight, I got a great job in this economy; I’m just loving it.What are you most looking forward to in 2009? I try not to make too many plans, but living every day to the fullest, and being able to say at the end of the day, “I did a good thing today, or I helped someone out.” I’m really hoping an Italian vacation is in the plans.Any New Year’s Eve plans? Monopoly. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? I’m staying home in my pajamas with friends, a few drinks, and not driving under the influence of alcohol.
