Dirty Martini at Union and 6B

It’s not hard to
find a decent dirty martini in this town, especially in the Financial District,
where tee many martoonis can mean a business deal gone horribly right. In
our humble opinion, the best and dirtiest are briney but still crisp,
plump olives plopped unabashedly into a high-end vodka or gin, and,
Churchill style, enjoyed while periodically glancing at a bottle of vermouth.
The Union ($10) and 6B ($10-$12.50) versions are
simply stellar. Scout’s honor.
