Babak Bina and Azita Bina-Seibel
Brother-and-sister teams aren’t always known for their harmonious operations, but Babak Bina and Azita Bina-Seibel, natives of Iran who have been in the States since the ’70s, are clearly doing something right. After all, they opened Persian eatery Lala Rokh in Beacon Hill in 1995 and soon had a staunch following; then, the duo branched out last September with Italian restaurant and wine bar Bin 26 Enoteca just around the corner. Bina-Seibel, who also serves as executive chef for both restaurants, has an impressive culinary range, while Bina moves between the two concepts with ease. We’re just glad to know that, whether we’re feeling like a glass of basic vino rosso or something more exotic, they’ve got us covered.
