If the masses of students swarming the city aren’t reason enough to get

second annual Taste of Roslindale happens tonight from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Annunciation Church Function Hall
(7 VFW Parkway, Roslindale, 617.323.6355) and features multicultural
cuisine from local eateries and a food-demonstration duel between Mayor
Thomas Menino and news anchor Susan Wornick. The proceeds benefit
Roslindale Village Main Street, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer,
and the Jason Roberts Challenger Little League baseball field. Good
food for a good cause? Sounds like it’ll be $42 well spent. Tickets are
